This move to fund PHS proves that the Ministry for the Ecological Transition (MITECO) realizes lithium alone won't get us there. For installers, this signals a shift in the landscape: the 'easy' days of pure PV are over. You need to be looking at hydrogen or thermal storage for your industrial clients because the utility-scale sector is already moving to lock up the large-scale arbitrage market with these massive civil engineering projects.
